The 2010 SCA Math and Science Relays were recently held at Willow Springs High School.  The tests lasted 20 minutes each; the relays began at 4:45 and ended at 6:35.  There were eight surrounding schools that participated in the relays. These included; Ava, Cabool, Houston, Liberty, Mountain Grove, Salem, Thayer, and Willow Springs.

WS science department head Mrs. Miller stated, “It’s so exciting to see so many smart kids in one place at the same time!  Just like the athletes get to compete in a game, the Math and Science Relays provides these students with the opportunity to excel in an academic competition.”
