On Monday, the 5th, the Bears’ baseball team played the Liberty Eagles at home on Booster field. This was the second time the Bears and Eagles played against each other. Last time that they played, the Bears lost 3-2.

The Bears played especially good comparing to the last time they played. The Bears only made one error and played great overall defense. Also, Dalton Woodley had a great day pitching, throwing nine strikeouts. The Bears hitting was exceptional. Bottom of the second inning, Joe O’Conner hit a homerun to add two points on the board. The Bears played good the entire game and won with a final score 10-3.
