On Thursday, April 1st, the Bears’ baseball team played the Norwood Pirates at home. This game would be a difficult one for the Bears with a few key players out to injury. The Bears’ defense did not look good from the start, and the very good Norwood team capitalized with many runs. The Bears soon found themselves down and just could not get a runner in with the great pitching of the Pirates. The Bears lost with a final score of 0-17.
