The Bears’ golf team traveled to the Oakwood Golf Club in Houston on Thursday, April 1st. It was a very nice day but the wind was bad for the golf meet with a 15-25 MPH south wind. The Bears had a very successful day. In individual scores, Cole Johnson received first with a score 78, Steven Mallow received second with a score of 79, Kyle Wake received third with a score of 83, Taylor James received 4th with a score of 84, and Blayne Collins received eighth with a score of 90. Also, the Bears’ total team score received first out of eight teams. The team scoring was as follows:
