Willow Springs Lady Bears Tennis ended the season with a 8-1 win over Stoutland Thursday. ”It was nice to end the season with a win at home and send our seniors, Ali Rothermich and Amber Grogan out with a win at Booster Courts. It was also great to bump the JV up for a Varsity match and see them succeed,” Coach Marty Spence said.

“We fell a little short this year in the District, but we finished the year with a winning record and bring back the majority of our team in 2011.  Carter and Rothermich finished the year 15-7 at the number one doubles position.  Bethany Carter finished 12-4 at the number one singles position and she’ll be back for her senior season,” Coach Spence said.
