During Red Ribbon Week at Willow Springs Elementary, Dawn Hicks, RN, Howell County Health Department, presented the Tar Wars Program to fourth grade students. Students learned about the possible harmful health effects of tobacco use. Students received a glow in the dark “Too Bright To Smoke” bracelet, a mood pencil and handouts for parents.  Thank you, Mrs. Hicks!
