The Elks Lodge has selected Meredith Pilcher for November Teenager of the Month.  Meredith is the daughter of Richard and Shirleen Pilcher.

Meredith has been in band all four years of high school. She was a participant in SCA Honor Band in 9th-11th grades. She has also been in choir since her sophomore year. During her junior year, she received a great rating at districts and moved on to state. She was in the SCA Honor Choir her sophomore and junior years. She is also a member of  the Medical Explorers, math team and Spanish Society.

Her leadership roles include being Drum Major for the band, co-section leader of pit percussion and leader of the Disciples of Jesus clown troupe.

Meredith is very honored to be Teenager of the Month. To her it shows that the teachers not only think she is a good student but also believe she has strong positive character.

Meredith’s plans for the future are to become a pediatrician and start her own clinic. Congratulations, Meredith, on being named Teenager of the Month.
