On Friday, February 11 the Willow Springs Lady Bears took on Salem. This was also the Pink-Out game. There was a great turn out at the game, and Alissa Chapman raised $1,000 for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

The ladies started off with a slow first quarter, both teams only scoring 5 points but with strong defense. The Lady Bears stepped it up and came out on top with a score of 47 to 44. “Our girls did a really good job rebounding. They limited their shot attempts, and we were able to turn that into transition points,” said Coach Gutscher.
