Legend of Drizzt- Homeland by R.A. Salvatore is a book about a drow or dark elf. The story is full of suspense and adventure. There are surprises that you will never see coming. My favorite character is the protagonist Drizzt Du Urden. Drizzt is born at the beginning of the book, and then it goes through Drizzt’s childhood and his learning the ways of his people.

But he disapproves of their ways, so he tries to be different. His kin won’t accept that, so he turns against his people and their ways. This book is one of my favorites because of its theme of standing up for what’s right even if a person has to rebel against his own family to do that.
