Jordan Capeder Named September Teenager of the Month

The Elks Lodge has selected Jordan Capeder as September Teenager of the Month. He is the son of Lucius and Joyce Capeder.
The clubs and activities he is involved in include the following: FCA ( Fellowship of Christan Athletes), Spanish Society, Math Team, Eco Club, basketball from freshmen year to present, tennis from freshman year to present, cross country and football.
Jordan has received many awards. He won the Spanish Class award for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade and College Prep Language Arts Award since 9th grade. Also, at SCA Math and Science Relays, he achieved second place in geometry his freshman year. He also has awards in tennis and cross country. As a junior, he won the Glory of Missouri for Justice award. He has also won second place in the Interscholastic Competition his freshman and sophomore year.
Even with all of Jordan’s activities and accomplishments at school, he has still found time to be charitable. Jordan has volunteered to help with Pee Wee basketball for three years, YMCA basketball, and Youth Tennis Clinic. He also helped paint the city tennis courts, and volunteered at the CBCO blood drive.
After high school, Jordan plans to attend college.
